Hello and good morning, hope you all had a wonderful international week. I know England fans did, or maybe did, it was still boring but we are through to the world cup finals! A good win too, good performance and Walcott didn't get injured to boot! Of course he didn't play but I don't think that would stop him getting injured on international duty.

Anyway, our boys who did play did rather well this week, Arshavin played a great pass through a crowded box for a forward to run onto and score. In the same game Aaron Ramsey set up Wales' goal with a nice corner and scored for the U21s against Italy. Van Persie got a goal, Bendtner got 2 and Eduardo scored against England and of course a bearded Cesc opened the scoring against Estonia in Spain's qualifier after they should have scored about 30 times. I really don't know who'll be able to beat Spain during the world cup. They are just awesome, they pass and move like a they've played together since they were 6, they are all oozing with talent and they have depth everywhere, except for left back. Maybe that's how to do it, kick Capdevila early on and then put on 3 right wingers.

So far so good on the injury front, Rosicky has played, Arshavin and Cesc have recovered and Walcott may be in contention for the bench on Saturday. We'll have to wait for the official report but I think we may be in the clear aside from the Djourou business.

Big game on saturday and lets hope we have as many of our boys as possible. So far this season we've had a boot, a cast (plaster), 2 surgeries, and 3/4 other minor/potentially fatal injuries. Hopefully we're getting them all out of the way now so that when we hit the fixture thickness like when you're about half way through a milk shake and you've come to the slightly frozen core, we'll be prepared.

Anyway, nothing much else is doing. I start my new job in my new city today, woohoo, I'm very excited. My girlfriend has breathed a huge sigh of relief as I won't be asking her for 5 dollars here, 3 dollars there anymore. Lucky girl. Righto, I'm off, catch you later.
