Internationals Week, Day 2

Morning tutto la gente.  It's a dead day for Arsenal news today.  We've got 20 players in the squad away on international duty, including 3 in the U21s or U20s, Traore, Gibbs and Sxvc40;ny are all away for their country's youth teams.  Fran Merida comes home from Egypt along with Gavin Hoyte after Spain and England were knocked out of the U20's world cup.  Clichy, Sagna, Gallas are all away with France and they'll have to watch out for Diaby in practice, as he has a knack for injuring Arsenal players in training.  Rosicky, Arshavin, Bendtner, Fabregas, Vermaelen, Eduardo, Vela, Ramsey, and Eboue are all away with their respective countries in games that really don't mean much for me.  I'd like them all to win as I'd love to see a bunch as many Arsenal players as possible in the World Cup.  Song however is in a giant clash for Camaroon against Togo.  He takes on Adebayor and I really hope that Ade breaks both his arms trying to stamp on Song's face.

Other than internationals there really isn't anything doing at all.  Silvestre says that we haven't seen the best of him yet and I agree, as the only good thing he can possibly do is advise the young players and unless you're at training or in the dressing room I don't think you'd be privy.

We've been linked with Carlos Puyol as he's on a free next summer.  It's silly speculation but and although I don't rate him like most, seeing Silvestre out and Puyol in on a free would be fantastic business.

We're also going to let Sol Campbell train while he finds a team, which is all well and fine.  And that's that, here's another video.

I'll leave you with another video to pass the time.

Later on,
