Hey Hey Hey,
The interlull has finally rolled over and died. The World Cup in Europe is just about settled, after the playoff round, there's a couple of friendlies and then no more internationals for the rest of the season.
In some board room news Kroenke bought an extra 90 shares and is slowly accumulating shares in the club, which will hopefully block Usmanov in any take over attempt. We've also been revealed as the 3rd richest club in the world.
Now for game news and of course we've picked up a few injuries over the international week and will be missing some players on Saturday. Eduardo is definitely out with a thigh strain. Diaby was injured but has recovered on time. Nasri won't be available until Wednesday night, Almunia is 50:50, which means he won't play and Clichy is a doubt but may be available. I think we could probably afford to rest him with Gibbs and Traore waiting in the wings. Fabianski may be back in contention but I really can't see him or Almunia playing tomorrow.
Bar any colossal cock up, we should easily put away the 3 points and make it 7 wins on the trot. Hopefully we'll get a lot of goals and add to our outrageous goal tally. It's the first time we'll have played Birmingham since Eduardo's leg was smashed and this may be playing a hand in Eduardo's absence.
Brewhouse is playing the game at 9:55 ET, hope to see you there.
